Real estate property with collector's value

The austrian newspaper „DIE PRESSE“ published an article about unusual real estate property last weekend and interviewed Mr. Peter Marschall for that.

Chapels, old mills, stables and factory buildings - even for such unusual real estate there are potential buyers, which often devote themselves to the rejuvenation and renovation of these historic objects with a lot of time and money.

People like architect Martin Mutschlechner, who rejuvinated an old mill with a chapel in Gärberbach near Innsbruck - that chapel, in which Andreas Hofer said the mass before the Bergisel-battle.

In case of sale many sellers, who spent much time and money on their property, suggest excessive prices. Here are professional real estate agents in demand, who can find an adequate price because of their knowledge and the many years of experience.

Marschall Real Estate also has some lovely historic objects for sale, for example an old, lavishly renovated mill in the 19th district of Vienna. The multi-functional building can be used as living space, but also for events and gastronomic purposes.

And in Mönchhof in Burgenland there are renovated stables with 636 square meters utilizable space. Behind much glass and modern lines there are living and office space, a wine cellar, a sauna, a pool, solar equipment, and a riding ring with horse boxes.

Marschall Real Estate - your reliable partner when it comes to unusual real estate property in Austria and international.
