Mr. Peter Marschall was interviewed by an Austrian well known economic magazine „GEWINN“ (PROFIT) about selling luxury real estate and the market situation in terms of rising prices:
“Five years ago € 7.000/ m² (for city centre) was a sensation. Today the double value is common and not a surprise anymore. The curve is still slowly increasing, since the prices are approaching the top cities.”
In the exclusive residential area with mostly beautiful Villas in Döbling/Vienna, prices are a little bit less expensive than in the 1st district of Vienna, but even here Mr. Marschall is able to offer pure luxury: Huge glas-front, immaculate view over the city and vineyards of Vienna…for € 12.000/m²
“Really good quality has its price! But you do not get the demanded price for every new and modern Villa in this very prominent residential area, even though a lot of providers like to communicate this at the moment. The contrary is the case. But this particular property really is one of a kind!”
