8th „In-Mobilien-Talk“

On the 13th of June the 8th „In-Mobilien-Talk“ took place in the attic of the St. Stephen‘s Cathedral in Vienna. 

Priest Dr. Toni Faber knew some interesting details to tell about the history of the St. Stephen‘s Cathedral and guided the guests (amongst them Peter and Eva Marschall) through the extraordinary location. 

One of the main topics was the roof of the St. Stephen‘s Cathedral - more than 230.000 colored tiles build a zigzag pattern on the roof. 

The light artist Victoria Coeln showed a special light-show, which is called „Chromotopia St. Stephan“, and guided the guests into the mystical blaze of colours of the Middle Ages. 

The combination of the colourful windows of the Cathedral and the handmade, adapted projections of the artist generate a beautiful atmosphere in the Cathedral. 

The initiators of the 8th „In-Mobilien-Talk“, where the guests have the oppurtunity to talk to colleagues from the real estate business, were Mag. Claudia Vitek, Ing. Thomas Vitek, Mag. Christian Krenauer, Dr. Heinz Muhr, Dipl. Ing. Alex Safferthal and Ing. Walter Brusatti.

The editors-in-chief of „FORMAT“ and „trend“, Mr. Andreas Lampl and Mr. Andreas Weber, invited prominent figures of the austrian industry and politics to have an elegant dinner in the Palais Liechtenstein. 

Besides finance minister Maria Fekter, who gave a witty interview, Josef Pröll, Reinhold Mitterlehner, Axel Bogocz, Boris Nemsic, Georg Pölzl, Hans Mahr, Wolfgang Anzengruber, Erich Hampel, Danielle Spera, Elisabeth Gürtler and many other guests there also were some important representatives of the austrian real estate business, amongst them Mr. Peter Marschall.

20th anniversary of the austrian „Immobilienmagazin“

The austrian „Immobilienmagazin“ celebrated its 20th anniversary in the Gloriette of Schönbrunn.

For this reason manager Reinhard Einwaller and editor-in-chief Gerhard Rodler invited the elite of the austrian real estate business to an elegant brunch. Mr. Peter Marschall was one of the guests.

New „Google Maps Tool“

We made our website even more comfortable for you and expanded it by a new function: with the new „Google Maps Tool“ you can now localize every real estate property very easily and search for real estate in your favorite area directly on the map.

In the segment „Properties“ you find a map of Vienna and a list of our properties. For every property there‘s a link called „Show on map“, which shows you exactly where the property is located. When you click into the more detailed view of a property, the map also becomes more detailed and zooms in, so that you can read the street names.

This new function makes searching and finding your top-real estate property easier and makes our website more interactive.

Real estate property with collector's value

The austrian newspaper „DIE PRESSE“ published an article about unusual real estate property last weekend and interviewed Mr. Peter Marschall for that.

Chapels, old mills, stables and factory buildings - even for such unusual real estate there are potential buyers, which often devote themselves to the rejuvenation and renovation of these historic objects with a lot of time and money.

People like architect Martin Mutschlechner, who rejuvinated an old mill with a chapel in Gärberbach near Innsbruck - that chapel, in which Andreas Hofer said the mass before the Bergisel-battle.

In case of sale many sellers, who spent much time and money on their property, suggest excessive prices. Here are professional real estate agents in demand, who can find an adequate price because of their knowledge and the many years of experience.
