EREN Meeting Berlin

This years annual EREN Meeting took place in Berlin recently. Real Estate experts from all over Europe and the Unites States met in the capital city of Germany.

One of the main issues was the 10th founding anniversary of EREN. Within these 10 years EREN emerged to one of the international top players in the luxury real estate market.

All Experts referred to their national markets and took the chance to compare notes for interesting businesses. One of the highlights was the viewing of “LIVING LEVELS”, Berlins newest top real estate, a landmark property with 14 floors right next to the river Spree.

A main focus of EREN within the next years will be the intense internet marketing of luxury real estates.

At the moment there is a dialogue with a manager of the United States, who will implement the new company goal and the ongoing expansion of the network starting next year.

Thanks to Mr. Thomas Zabel of Berlin Capital Investments, who was a perfect host and organized an outstanding social program including the most trendy locations all over Berlin.

With pleasure we present our new headquarter in 1090 Wien, Währinger Strasse 2-4 at the Schottenring, vis-á-vis of the Votivpark. Marschall Real Estate welcomed a group of chinese investors to Vienna

On June, the 25th, a group of chinese investors visited Marschall Real Estate in Vienna. Peter Marschall reported on the current market situation and on Vienna as an attractive location for investing in real estate property. 

The guests had a look at the „Park Hyatt Vienna“ hotel and the luxury penthouse above it in the „Goldenes Quartier“, and convinced themselves of the excellent quality of the project.

In several informal conversations an agreement on further cooperation was reached and Marschall Real Estate has been invited to visit China.

On the 12th of June, Marschall Real Estate (as a so called preferred agent for the „Goldenes Quartier“) has the pleasure to welcome selected guests to the historic ballroom of the just finished „Park Hyatt Vienna“ hotel.
