„Luxury Estate“-magazine

„Die Presse“ invited selected guests (among them Peter and Eva Marschall) to celebrate the release of the „Luxury Estate“-magazine‘s new edition in the splendid halls of the „Stadtpalais Liechtenstein“. 

This event was the first to take place since the Palais was restored with more than 100 million euros. 

As a musical highlight, the soul- and blues-legend Alan Ferrington and his band performed live on stage. 

In the new „Luxury Estate“-magazine you‘ll find exclusive luxury real estate property on more than 164 pages. Marschall Real Estate presents some of it‘s most luxurious properties on several pages.

CÄSAR 2012

The annual award of the „Cäsar“ took place last week, set at a festive venue at Palais Ferstl.

All big names of the real estate branch are usually present at this high profile event.

Mr. Peter Marschall, who received this award in 2011, was especially pleased to present a prize in the categorie „small diamonds“ to Mrs. Elisabeth Rohr.
